originally I drew this for mother’s day, but it kind of ended up being a belated present (gd do I hate drawing backgrounds). I had been watching AIR recently and just drowning in my own tears, so when I was deciding what to draw I thought misuzu seemed like an appropriate choice. plus she looks pretty with flowers, which I had wanted to draw considering the occasion (I did go out and buy my mom real flowers as well, haha).

Swear to god the dress was a bitch to draw. I pulled up several references and was staring at them intently, yet I still couldn’t make out how the fark Al’s dress works, particularly the bow/ruffles, oh my god the ruffles. So yeah, preeetty sure I didn’t draw it right, but oh well.

Kanda/Allen *cough* I mean Nezumi/Sion. I should probably read the novel, I’ve heard it’s a lot better than the anime. The anime itself was okay, but the biggest selling point for me was their relationship. Sion is so cute, it makes me just want to ruffle his white old man hair.
